George A. Stover III

While some DPs never touch a camera, George is a master of his. His Emmy credits include awards for best photographer, best editing and co-producer on various projects in his career. George has produced a series of underwater documentaries as well as 7 nationally and locally distributed television programs, including the multiple-award-winning weekly children’s show “Aqua Kids.”
He holds a degree in Screen Arts from the University of Maryland and has been in the television industry for 39 years. His work has appeared on NBC, ABC, CNN, MASN, Comcast, The Discovery Channel and Animal Planet, in addition to numerous local-affiliate U.S. television stations.
George is also an award-winning underwater videographer, a certified SCUBA instructor and regularly dives with sharks, dolphins and manta rays. He is a speaker & educator on the subjects of television production, videography and environmentalism, and is proud to be a District Commissioner with the Boy Scouts of America.
Philip-Edward Mack, II

Philadelphia native Philip Mack has recently joined our team as Production Supervisor. As an award-winning producer and editor, Phil’s background includes a wide variety of experiences and professional assignments from script writing and acting to film production. While still in high school, Phil helped procure funds needed to form an independent high school that focused on communications and broadcasting. He majored in Digital Media/Film/Art while attending Albright College and is an alumnus of the Big Picture Alliance, where he has served to provide creative outlets for at-risk youth. Phil is also a skilled voice talent and actor, but states that his favorite job to date was working at the Philadelphia Zoo as an attractions supervisor. Phil now resides in Hanover, PA with his family and donates time to creating videos for charitable and non-profit organizations.
He is currently working on his first novel.
Adam Shinn

Adam Shinn is a graduate of Towson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in film. He has a wide range of production skills including camera operation, audio, lighting, grip, teleprompter operation and production assisting. His post-production talents include editing in Final Cut Pro, creating still and motion graphics in Adobe Photoshop and Aftereffects as well as creating captioning for video. Adam is also a capable voiceover artist with the ability to do many celebrity impressions. In addition, he has produced several short narrative films and has a strong background in art and photography. Adam currently edits and creates the graphics for Adventure Productions’ TV series “Aqua Kids” special educational segments, such as Weird Waters and Aqua Heroes.
Bonnie McCausey

Bonnie McCausey is a “script to screen” professional who has a broad range of skills in creative services. Her scope of experience encompasses cable and broadcast television and video production, working for Comcast Cable, George Mason University TV, The Mayor’s Office of Cable and Communications and WHSW/WUTB-TV. This insight gives her a particular advantage to identify with a production team and to work with clients to help them achieve their goals with video.
Ms. McCausey has served on several Boards and has received recognition and awards for her work. She has mentored individuals entering careers in video and continues to advise interns even after they complete their internships.
Bonnie’s free time is spent enjoying her family and friends, travel, music and art.
